All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
Ordering of Books using Debit or Credit Cards
If you wish to purchase Earlsgate Press books using a credit card or debit card please visit your local Amazon store.
Ordering of Books using a Cheque, Bank Transfer (BACS) or through an Invoice
If you wish to purchase Earlsgate Press books using a cheque, bank transfer or through an invoice please download and complete this order form and return to us electronically, by post or by fax using our contact details below. All items subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is only by cheque, bank transfer (BACS) or through invoice for orders direct from Earlsgate Press. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are returned unpaid. Payment by debit card or credit card can be made for orders through Amazon.
Delivery
For mainland UK destinations, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands, postage and packing is free. For other EU destinations, postage and packing is GBP£5.00 per book. For the rest of the world, postage and packing is GBP£10.00 per book. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you enter your online order.
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are sent airmail and are generally received in under 5 days. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled with a full refund by return when goods are faulty or damaged. Claims will only be settled after the faulty or damaged goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
